Introduction
We successfully delivered a comprehensive electrical installation package in collaboration with Multiplex and Woodford Heating for the iconic One Nine Elms towers, one of London’s most prominent high‑rise developments. This involved the full design, supply, and installation of electrical systems to support both residential and commercial elements of the scheme, ensuring seamless integration, compliance with all relevant standards, and delivery to the highest quality and safety specifications.
Key Project Areas:
- Level 19 – Complete office fit-out: lighting, power, data, BMS & fire alarm systems.
- Ground, Level 1 & Level 56 – Observation deck with high-spec cafeteria/bar: bespoke lighting, kitchen/bar power, AV systems, and external terrace services.
- Mechanical Supplies – Full electrical feeds and control wiring to Woodford’s HVAC & plant equipment.
